About the Farm

Mycopia has been cultivating fresh culinary mushrooms sustainably since 1977. Their fresh mushroom division is known for growing high-quality forest mushrooms in reusable bottles on oak-based substrate. The spent substrate is recycled and turned into compost that is used by local farmers and wineries. The farm has been certified organic and kosher since 2005.
